Bill has been involved in all elements of broadcasting after he earned his degree in communications and theater arts in Susquehanna University. His career spans all aspects of broadcasting, media and varied music genres. He brings a broad knowledge of broadcasting to include the changes over the years in production.
Bill has also worked in the private sector in planning special events and is also an independent businessman involved in an entertainment company and independent mobile entertainers.
Bill brings to the board knowledge of individuals with varied connections for procurement, building design, engineering, education as well as financial support.

Frank has created, built and operated numerous entrepreneurial endeavors over the past three decades. He previously owned and operated a music and video chain of retail stores, organized and managed numerous collector trade shows and has worked in the real estate industry for more than thirty-five years marketing, selling and managing both residential and commercial properties.
Frank brings strong experience in business development to the Board. He is also an artist and graphic designer with extensive skills in web design and photography. He frequently participates in business consulting as well as strategic business management and development.

Ed is the co-founder and producer with Media Boomtown, LLC; a Harrisburg video production company. Ed's background is news and photojournalism, and later promotions and marketing. He has produced news stories at WBOC-TV and WHTM-TV. Later Ed was the creative director of a small marketing company in Harrisburg.
Ed will be instrumental in developing content and programming available through the Pennsylvania Museum of Music and Broadcast History. He is also interested in use of the internet as a means to disseminate information. He is passionate about music of all genres and has been an avid record collector for more than twenty years.

Tim is the Director of Engineering for Clear Channel Radio in Harrisburg, PA. He is responsible for maintaining studio and transmitter facilities for six radio stations and manages the engineering budget. He has been a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineering since 1990.
Tim is a radio and television history enthusiast. He also collects equipment and memorabilia relating to broadcast history. He owns vintage radio station equipment, documents, photos from various Harrisburg stations and will be instrumental in gathering additional materials from around the state and will aid in development of the various media/engineering exhibits in the museum.

Phil is a Doctor of Optometry and is President and CEO of the Eye Center of Lancaster County. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and was also President of this same organization in 1992.
Phil is an avid record collector as well as a founding member of The Keystone Record Collectors. Dr. Schwartz also researches and documents music acts. His primary contribution to the Pennsylvania Museum of Music and Broadcast History would be in aiding in the compilation and organization of the documentation for dissemination in the museum with regard to music and broadcast history.

Derek is employed by the American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic. He serves as Manager of Special Projects and has development, marketing, communications and revenue generation functions. He has also been involved as a Media Relations Specialist for the City of York, Pennsylvania.
Derek collects music and associated memorabilia. He has been involved in various aspects of broadcast communications from 1975 to 1994 and has stayed active in media relations throughout his employment career. He is also an active participant with the Keystone Record Collectors/Pennsylvania Music Expo, serving in a communications capacity. Derek also maintains a side-line DJ entertainment operation, operates as a free-lance writer for numerous music and amusement industry publications and serves on the board of the National Roller Coaster Museum and Archives. He brings to the board his knowledge of music and broadcast history, affiliations with various organizations involved in music and broadcast and the ability to coordinate overall media relations for the museum.

Dale Cake has over twenty five years of marketing, advertising and management experience. Currently an Instructor at the Temple Fox School of Business he is also pursuing his Ph.D. there. In addition, Dale is President of Marketing Strategists, a strategic business, management and marketing company based in Hershey. Dale previously had been with The Hershey Company, Quaker State Corporation, Keystone Financial (now part of M & T), and Neiman Group.
Dale received his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University and M.B.A. from the Temple Fox School of Business.
Ken brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience, and a unique blend of skills that combine consultive sellling, and strategic Marketing with a knowledge of CRM automation technology. His passion for music, media and the arts..... and a thorough understanding of the Social Media platform, will help PMMBH develop the perfect internet presence for our clients. We'll use a convergence of digital, social and cloud based multimedia technology, combined with superior service and an ever fresh artistic approach.
